We are seeking a seasoned Systems Architect with significant expertise in DevOps and MLOps operational methodologies to join our team.

The candidate will play a key role in streamlining development cycles, elevating software and AI/ML operations, and transforming systems architecture to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability within the organization. This position requires hands-on involvement in building, automating, and maintaining AI/ML workflows, backed by a robust foundation in cloud infrastructure and continuous integration and delivery systems.

Responsibilities

Shorten development cycles for both software and AI/ML systems
Maintain tools and infrastructure to optimize AI/ML development processes
Automate the AI/ML workflow, including data analysis, operationalization, training, and visualization
Build and oversee data pipelines for analytics, model evaluation, and training
Train systems or update them as needed
Enhance and support the automated CI/CD pipeline
Increase the deployment speed of models and data pipelines
Construct and maintain scalable infrastructure as code (IaC) in cloud environments
Foster collaboration with the engineering team to ensure seamless product development and maintenance
Encourage continuous learning and implement best practices across the team
Take ownership of pivotal responsibilities from day one to directly impact our CI/CD+ infrastructure

Requirements

10+ years of strong experience in MLOps
Background in designing DevOps pipelines applicable to multiple developmental stages
Competency in resolving production issues for ML models and managing monitoring/alerting systems
Understanding of statistical analysis and selecting datasets for ML testing
Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
Skills in shell scripting and Unix OS
Knowledge of software engineering good practices, with a focus on DevOps principles
Experience in cloud infrastructure platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure (GCP preferred)
Familiarity with Apache Airflow, DVC, MLFlow, or equivalent tools
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and interpersonal communication abilities
Qualifications in Cloud DevOps, Architecture, or Engineering from major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Degree in Computer Science (BTech/BE or higher)
