We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in Stibo Step MDM to join our team.

This role focuses on leading end-to-end implementations, technical development, and custom configurations of the Stibo STEP platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Product and Customer MDM alongside a strong understanding of PIM architecture, workflows, and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Stibo STEP and ensure alignment with business needs and technical standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure workflows, data models, and custom solutions in Stibo STEP
Provide technical expertise in module configuration, monitoring, and integration with other enterprise systems
Create scalable solutions using Stibo STEP features and custom development to address business challenges
Define and enforce MDM/PIM best practices across the development and implementation lifecycle
Conduct requirement analysis and offer strategic recommendations to stakeholders for optimal solution designs
Oversee STEP data model configurations and ensure seamless workflow setup
Utilize Stibo monitoring and reporting functionalities to identify areas for optimization
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Stibo STEP modules
Ensure quality delivery and performance of the Stibo STEP platform through proper design and testing
Lead system upgrades and explore new features or capabilities available in STIBO solutions to drive improvements
Mentor and guide team members in understanding Stibo STEP functionalities and technical configurations

Requirements

10–20 years of experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
Expertise in Product and Customer MDM along with hands-on experience in driving Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations
Strong knowledge of STEP data model, workflows, configurations, and PIM architecture
Knowledge of STIBO solution functionalities including monitoring, reporting, and out-of-the-box features
Proficiency in designing workflows, setting up variants, and optimizing system performance following MDM/PIM best practices

Nice to have

STIBO certification is an added advantage
Familiarity with emerging trends in PIM/MDM technologies and their practical applications
Background in managing large-scale enterprise PIM/MDM deployments with cross-functional teams
