We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Stibo STEP MDM to lead and deliver innovative solutions for our master data management and product information management initiatives.

This role requires extensive experience in configuring and implementing Stibo STEP modules, with a strong focus on product and customer MDM.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Stibo STEP MDM solutions
  • Define and build the STEP data model, workflows, and configurations based on business requirements
  • Drive end-to-end implementations of Stibo PIM, ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
  • Provide technical guidance in Stibo STEP module development, configuration, and custom enhancements
  • Develop and implement workflow designs, setup options, and variant creation for STEP solutions
  • Ensure system reliability through monitoring and reporting functions within the Stibo platform
  • Establish and enforce MDM and PIM architectural standards, frameworks, and design principles
  • Support and optimize the integration of STEP solutions with existing systems and applications
  • Lead technical troubleshooting efforts and provide solutions for any STEP-related issues
  • Offer training and mentorship to team members to increase competency in Stibo STEP
Requirements
  • 10–20 years of experience in technical development, configuration, and customization of Stibo STEP modules
  • Background in product and customer MDM, with a proven track record of driving several Stibo PIM end-to-end implementations
  • Expertise in STEP data model design, workflow configurations, and module customizations
  • Knowledge of the STIBO platform, including out-of-the-box features, monitoring, and reporting functionalities
  • Strong understanding of PIM architecture, MDM/PIM best practices, and development frameworks
