We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect for Salesforce Marketing Cloud to elevate our client’s user data management and marketing campaigns by designing and implementing advanced integrations and data flows across platforms like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Azure Data Lake.

Responsibilities

Design and implement API-based integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Configure and manage Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Audience segmentation
Develop and maintain landing pages, microsites, and forms within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Build and schedule data extracts, file drops, and SFTP-based integrations
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for seamless integration workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Optimize data models and ensure synchronization, quality, and compliance across integrated systems

Requirements

10-15 years of professional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Azure Data Lake
Expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio functionalities
Skills in designing API-based integrations and implementing data exchange solutions
Qualifications in data quality management and compliance standards across systems
Capability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and architects for solution design
Familiarity with error handling, logging processes, and workflow monitoring tools
