We are seeking a talented Workday Prism Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Workday Prism Analytics solutions, enabling advanced analytics and reporting for our key business stakeholders.

This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Prism, data integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful data solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and create Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines and datasets
Integrate external data sources into Workday using Prism and Workday integration tools
Build and enhance data models, transformations, and datasets within Prism
Develop advanced dashboards and reports using Workday reporting frameworks
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other business teams to gather analytics and reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout Workday datasets
Identify and resolve issues within Workday Prism data pipelines and reporting
Partner with Workday functional teams to align data models with overall business processes
Support the deployment and ongoing maintenance of Workday Prism solutions
Contribute to testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, data pipelines, and datasets
Knowledge of Workday integrations, including EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, or APIs
Expertise in data analysis, data modeling, and data transformation
Familiarity with SQL and core data analytics methodologies
Background working with large datasets and external data sources
Proficiency in creating and managing Workday reporting, dashboards, and overall analytics
Strong understanding of Workday data architecture and reporting frameworks
Capability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues
Skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet analytics requirements
