We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in SAP SuccessFactors to bolster our IT department.

The selected candidate will be pivotal in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing various SAP SuccessFactors modules to optimize business processes. Responsibilities
  • Monitor, analyze and troubleshoot issues in SuccessFactors modules
  • Resolve incidents and fulfill enhancement requests to satisfaction within agreed SLA timelines
  • Configure systems based on client requirements and execute changes
  • Perform impact analyses for system updates or upgrades and implement them effectively
  • Offer ongoing support to end-users, assisting with functionality queries and issues
  • Suggest and implement system optimizations and enhancements
  • Ensure high performance and availability of SuccessFactors modules
  • Conduct regular health checks and audits of the system
  • Address integration issues between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems such as SAP HCM and Payroll
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth data integration and workflow
  • Document processes, configurations and solutions comprehensively
  • Train and transfer knowledge to in-house client teams
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in managing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and LMS
  • Background in database administration, operating systems, and networking principles
  • Competency in performance tuning and system optimization
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors reporting tools including Ad Hoc, ORD, and Canvas Reports
  • Flexibility to multitask and handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of data migration techniques and mass data maintenance practices
  • Exposure to other HRIS or HCM platforms
Nice to have
  • Advanced certifications in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Prior experience with API-based integrations including SAP CPI
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations
