We are seeking a Software Engineer – React Native to join EPAM’s team developing a new mobile banking application, focused on delivering seamless and efficient banking services through modern technologies.

Responsibilities

Design and implement mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop user interfaces in accordance with API specifications and design guidelines
Conduct peer code reviews and perform unit testing to ensure software quality and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, enhancing performance and user experience
Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives
Maintain documentation of development processes and technical specifications for future reference
Understand React Native app architecture and keep it up to date
Deploy the app to app stores

Requirements

3.5-6 years of overall experience in software engineering
3+ years of TypeScript experience
Proficient in React Native with a strong portfolio of mobile applications using Javascript and Typescript
Extensive experience in developing and maintaining iOS and Android applications
Solid understanding of mobile development design patterns and best practices
Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative team environments
Strong handhold on developing large scale applications and an NFR focus mindset
Commitment to delivering high-quality results
