Responsibilities
- Develop Change Enablement digital strategy processes focusing on continuous integration, continuous delivery, devops, automation and data analytics
- Manage and deliver daily change enablement workflow tasks, ensuring adherence to risk controls
- Prepare detailed data analytics and change reports for Governance meetings
- Engage with Release Managers, Engineering, Operational Risk, and Audit teams to facilitate Change Enablement tasks
- Identify opportunities for operational readiness and improvement within the Change Enablement process
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Change Enablement or Change Management within large organizations
- Proficiency in ITIL version 3 or 4 and the Microsoft suite of tools
- Understanding of risks associated with the System Delivery Lifecycle and change environments
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts and tools such as ServiceNow and Gitlab
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and report data
Nice to have
- DevOps Foundation certification
- Programming and/or automation skills across various toolsets or technologies
- Familiarity with devops and agile methodologies
- Attention to detail in identifying gaps in operational processes
- Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
