Senior Talent Development Specialist (Testing Trainer)

Automated Testing in Java, Selenium, Web Service / API Test Automation

We are looking for a strong hands-on developer in Automation using Java who is willing to become a trainer or mentor or one who already has hands-on Automation coding/development experience and has moved to training. A person should have excellent communication and oratory skills.

Responsibilities

Train and Mentor junior developers hired from engineering campuses
Create / update course content
Collaborate with practices and delivery owners to understand what is the current trend in technology and impart the trainings to campus hired fresh graduates
Problem Solver, work with engineer closely during day to resolve their doubts. Do pair programming if needed

Requirements

Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as Automation Engineer, done hands-on coding in Java, Selenium, API Automation & knowledge on BDD
Willing to play a role of trainer / mentor for minimum of 2 years
Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in training within product or IT service companies
