Senior Talent Development Specialist (JavaScript Trainer)

We are looking for a strong hands-on coder who is willing to become a trainer or mentor or one who already has hands-on coding/development experience and has moved to training. A person should have excellent communication and oratory skills.

Responsibilities

Train and Mentor junior developers hired from engineering campuses
Create / update course content 
Collaborate with practices and delivery owners to understand what is the current trend in technology and impart the trainings to campus hired fresh graduates
Problem Solver, work with engineer closely during day to resolve their doubts. Do pair programming if needed

Requirements

Minimum of 7-8 years of experience as developer, done hands-on coding in frontend technology (JavaScript, Angular, React, Vue, Node) 
In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+ and Typescript
Strong proficiency in Angular & React
Strong proficiency in Node.js and frameworks for it
Strong understanding of Node.js file system, HTTP module, Events
Experience with common Front End tools like Webpack, gulp, npm, babel, etc .
Proficiency with RESTful APIs 
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git 
Willing to play a role of trainer / mentor for minimum of 2 years
