Our company is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our team in supporting and maintaining our offshore development center infrastructure.

In this role, you will work closely with our development teams to improve our services and ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

responsibilities

Perform Support and maintenance of offshore development centre (ODC) infrastructure
Partner with development teams to improve services
Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives

requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in system analysis and administration
Intermediate knowledge of network security and routing/switching.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows administration of both server and end-user devices
Intermediate experience with firewall support: Maintenance, firewall rules
Basic experience with antivirus software management (like SEPM)
A proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
