Responsibilities

Design and manage Azure infrastructure leveraging IaC tools such as ARM, Bicep, and Terraform
Build robust CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
Monitor system reliability and performance using tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana
Collaborate across teams to establish SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets
Implement solutions for automation in deployments, scaling, and compliance
Analyze incidents to identify root causes and drive systemic improvements
Establish practices for incident management including alerting and on-call rotations
Plan system capacity, optimize performance, and manage cloud costs on Azure
Advocate for best practices in DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering

Requirements

5-9 years of experience in DevOps/SRE roles with a focus on Azure cloud environments
Strong knowledge of Azure services such as AKS, Azure Functions, and App Services
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep
Expertise in CI/CD tools, particularly Azure DevOps
Scripting skills with PowerShell, Bash, or Python
Proficiency in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
Understanding of monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor
Background in networking, identity management, and security best practices on Azure
Capability to troubleshoot complex systems and tune performance effectively
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles
