We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stibo STEP Developer to join our team and play a pivotal role in implementing, configuring, and customizing Stibo STEP solutions.

This role requires a deep understanding of product and customer master data management (MDM) systems, with expertise in STEP modules, workflows, and configurations.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure Stibo STEP modules tailored to client needs
Design and implement STEP data models and workflows for efficient processes
Customize and enhance Stibo PIM solutions to align with business goals
Lead end-to-end Stibo PIM implementations, ensuring best practices are followed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate STEP solutions seamlessly
Provide technical solutions for complex PIM/MDM challenges within the STEP platform
Configure workflows, setup variants, and optimize Stibo STEP processes
Document technical specifications, configurations, and project deliverables
Conduct performance monitoring and utilize Stibo reporting functions
Ensure solutions adhere to MDM and PIM architecture standards
Troubleshoot Stibo STEP-related issues and implement resolutions
Offer expertise on out-of-the-box STIBO features and functionality

Requirements

3–8 years of experience in technical development, configuration, and custom development of Stibo STEP modules
Knowledge of product and customer MDM, including best practices and architecture design
Expertise in STEP data model, workflows, and configurations
Understanding of out-of-the-box STIBO tool functions, including monitoring and reporting
Skills in workflow design/setup and variants creation for streamlined processes
