Are you passionate about driving Change Enablement while working hands-on with modern DevOps tooling? Are you able to bridge governance and automation in dynamic enterprise environments? We're looking for someone who can manage change processes while collaborating directly with engineering teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines into compliant, efficient workflows.

Your Team

You will be part of the Service Control team responsible for standardizing and evolving Change Enablement to align with CI/CD, Agile, and automated delivery practices across the enterprise.

Required to work from the office for 5 days a week, 2 to 10 PM IST at the Kharadi location.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Change Enablement processes aligned with ITIL and DevOps principles
Integrate change controls with engineering workflows using GitLab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps
Automate change workflows and contribute to pipeline configuration (YAML, scripting, etc.)
Ensure adherence to risk, audit, and compliance standards across technical environments
Collaborate with DevOps, Release Managers, Engineering, and Risk teams
Prepare governance dashboards, risk reports, and present insights to leadership
Proactively identify gaps and drive improvements in change processes and DevOps alignment

Requirements

5+ years in IT Change Management / Enablement roles
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Working knowledge of pipeline configuration (YAML, scripting)
Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies
Proficiency with ServiceNow – Change, Incident, Reporting modules
Strong grasp of ITIL v3 or v4 frameworks
Experience in governance, risk, and compliance for technical change controls
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
Strong reporting, analytics, and documentation capabilities

Nice to have

Scripting skills (Python, Shell) for workflow automation
DevOps Foundation or similar certifications
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) or automated testing frameworks
