We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Primary Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and customizing Salesforce solutions across various clouds, focusing primarily on Sales and Service Clouds. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, as well as the capability to implement out-of-the-box (OOB) solutions and configurations to enhance system efficiency and meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain Salesforce solutions on Sales & Service Cloud platforms
Deploy OOB solutions, including workflow rules, process builder, flows, data security, and validations to meet customer needs
Develop custom applications using Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, and LWC technologies
Integrate APIs to enhance Salesforce capabilities and interconnectivity
Manage Salesforce communities, including Customer, Employee, and Partner communities
Define and implement a comprehensive data sharing model using custom sharing and sharing calculations
Build and maintain asynchronous Apex solutions such as Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Batch Apex, and Future Methods
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution following Agile methodologies
Employ software version control using GIT and implement CI/CD practices to maintain code integrity
Continuously analyze and solve complex problems related to Salesforce implementations
Maintain high attention to detail throughout project lifecycles

Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in the software development field
Proven experience with Sales, Service, and other Salesforce Cloud
Passion for leveraging Salesforce systems to solve customer needs
Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning technologies, SOQL, LWC, and APIs
Competency in implementing and handling Salesforce communities
Expertise in defining and executing data sharing models
Background in asynchronous Apex development concepts
Solid experience in software version control using GIT and in practicing CI/CD
Agile development methodology experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail
