We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in Java to lead complex projects, ensure seamless delivery and drive collaboration across teams. This role focuses on managing Spring Boot/API projects while leveraging advanced Scrum and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog
Support development teams by addressing obstacles and promoting efficient workflows
Monitor project progress and team performance offering guidance to ensure desired outcomes
Engage with stakeholders to align on project objectives, timelines and deliverables
Report on project status, achievements and areas of improvement to management and stakeholders
Foster a culture of continuous improvement integrating Agile best practices
Coordinate tasks and resources to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar; master’s degree preferred
15+ years of professional experience including 10+ years in delivery management
Expertise in Java technologies and Spring Boot/API projects
Proven proficiency in Scrum methodologies and Agile practices
Skills in stakeholder engagement and alignment on objectives and deliverables
Background in GEN AI tools for project execution
