Senior Platform Engineer - Golang

We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer - Golang to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of features, enhance system performance, and contribute to the overall success of our products.

responsibilities
  • Design, develop and maintain high-performance and scalable backend systems using Golang
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features and enhance system performance
      • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS using containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
        • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards
          • Contribute to the development of infrastructure-related tools and applications
            • Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of our systems through effective monitoring, alerting, and testing
              • Implement security best practices in the context of infrastructure and application deployment
                requirements
                • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
                  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Golang programming for developing infrastructure-related tools and applications
                    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS for deploying and scaling applications
                      • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
                        • Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols for building and maintaining reliable and scalable systems
                          • Knowledge of security best practices in the context of infrastructure and application deployment
                            • Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform for managing infrastructure
                              • Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
