Senior Magento Front-End Developer

We are seeking a Senior Magento Front-End Developer to play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our Progressive Web App (PWA) storefront based on the Magento 2 platform.

The ideal candidate will excel in creating and optimizing PWA frontends, have in-depth knowledge of Magento 2, and exhibit strong collaboration skills in a vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and ensure maintenance of the PWA frontend for the Magento 2 platform deploying React and other relevant technologies
Collaborate extensively with backend developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions
Troubleshoot and address frontend issues and bugs to improve overall system resilience
Engage actively in code reviews and enhance the development processes continuously
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in frontend development practices
Research and implement modern frontend technologies to keep the platform up-to-date with industry standards

Requirements

5+ years of proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React
Strong capability to use JavaScript ES6+ efficiently
Skilled in GraphQL for optimal data fetching between Magento 2 backend and PWA frontend
Familiarity with Web Accessibility (A11Y) principles in frontend development contexts
Profound knowledge of Magento 2 architecture, theming, and customization capabilities
Capability to work effectively with version control systems, particularly Git
Strong communication and teamwork skills to foster collaborative development environments
