EPAM Systems is seeking a Leadership Hiring expert to join our team.

This role will involve leading the hiring efforts for executive-level positions in our technology organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading executive searches and building strong relationships with senior leaders in the Technology industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent in the Technology industry
  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring needs
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates to senior leadership
  • Build and maintain a network of executive-level candidates and industry contacts
  • Collaborate with HR partners and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and executive hiring trends
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that impact executive hiring
Requirements
  • 20+ years of total experience and 8+ years into Leadership Hiring for a Technology company
  • Proven track record of success in leading executive-level searches for Technology companies
  • Strong understanding of the Technology industry and the talent landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and candidates
  • Experience managing multiple searches at once, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and executive hiring trends
