EPAM Systems is seeking a Leadership Hiring expert to join our team.

This role will involve leading the hiring efforts for executive-level positions in our technology organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading executive searches and building strong relationships with senior leaders in the Technology industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify and attract top executive talent in the Technology industry
Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring needs
Manage the full lifecycle of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates to senior leadership
Build and maintain a network of executive-level candidates and industry contacts
Collaborate with HR partners and hiring teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and executive hiring trends
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies that impact executive hiring

Requirements

20+ years of total experience and 8+ years into Leadership Hiring for a Technology company
Proven track record of success in leading executive-level searches for Technology companies
Strong understanding of the Technology industry and the talent landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and candidates
Experience managing multiple searches at once, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and executive hiring trends
