Senior Hybris Quality Analyst

SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris Commerce), Functional Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hybris Quality Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within our eCommerce environment.

This role requires a knowledgeable and experienced professional who is proficient in software testing techniques and understands the Hybris platform extensively.

Responsibilities

Prepare test strategies, plans, and coordinate testing activities
Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
Execute test cases, both manual and automated, and analyze the results
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Collaborate with QA engineers to develop effective test plans and strategies
Assist in troubleshooting issues alongside project developers, business analysts, and customer support teams

Requirements

6 to 8 years of experience with software testing techniques in an Agile/Scrum framework
Proficiency in creating test strategies and plans, and coordinating testing activities
Competency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
Proficiency in executing test cases and analyzing results
Skills in API testing with tools like Postman, SoapUI
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Hybris implementations
At least 3 years of experience testing across various eCommerce domains, particularly with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Excellent business communication skills
