We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in GenAI/LLM and other related techniques, tools, and cloud providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge NLP, GenAI models to tackle complex problems in various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify opportunities for applying GenAI techniques to deliver innovative solutions.

responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement novel generative models and machine learning algorithms that solve complex problems. This includes architectural design, data pre-processing, training, optimization, and evaluation of models
Train and fine-tune generative models using large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks. Optimize models for performance, efficiency, and scalability
Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to collect, pre-process, and curate datasets suitable for training
Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance, robustness, and generalization of tune machine learning/deep learning models. Use appropriate metrics and statistical analysis to measure and interpret results
Prepare technical documentation, including model architecture, implementation details, and experimental results
Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Utilize AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, llama_index, and langchain
Build and deploy GenAI applications
Work with vector databases and RAG
Develop agents using relevant frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions

requirements

5-8 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
Solid foundation in NLP and other text processing algorithms. Proficiency in Python
Experience in LLM application framework like llama_index, langchain, huggingface
Expertise in Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
Working knowledge of GenAI models like BERT, GPT-3/4, T5, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E, Whisper etc.
Experience with vector databases and RAG and AI Agent development
Demonstrable experience in developing and deploying Gen AI applications
General understanding of data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded programming, and distributed computing concepts
Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, spacy, statsmodel etc.
Knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as of fundamental mathematical concepts, such as linear algebra and probability
Proficiency with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
B2+ English level
