We are looking for a dedicated Senior Functional Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Workday to ensure data accuracy and integrity across various modules. If you have a passion for data migration and a knack for functional consulting, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute end-to-end data activities for Workday across HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, and Time & Absence modules
  • Act as a key liaison between HR functional teams, technical teams, and integration partners to gather business requirements
  • Provide functional insights during data migration phases to ensure alignment with Workday configuration
  • Conduct data cleansing, enrichment, and validation in coordination with global and local HR and IT stakeholders
  • Perform reconciliation between legacy systems and Workday, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Support post go-live activities including cutover planning, hypercare, and data issue resolution
  • Document data mapping rules, conversion logic, validation criteria, and test scenarios
  • Ensure data processes comply with SOX regulations and align with internal audit and data governance policies
  • Contribute to reporting requirements and support ad hoc data requests
  • Collaborate in workshops and design sessions, providing functional and data expertise
Requirements
  • Experience in Workday with 5 to 8 years in data migration and reconciliation
  • Strong functional understanding of Workday HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, and Time & Absence modules
  • Background in Workday Enterprise Interface Builders, Workday Studio, and data loads using Workday templates
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data transformation tools like Alteryx or Informatica
  • Capability to interpret and translate functional requirements into technical mapping
  • Attention to detail with an ability to analyze and resolve data discrepancies
  • Experience in a global, matrixed environment while coordinating with business and technical teams
  • Knowledge of SOX controls, General Data Protection Regulation, and data privacy considerations
  • English proficiency at a professional level
