We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in SAP Retail to ensure a seamless, zero-downtime transition of SAP Forecasting and Replenishment solutions.

Responsibilities

Ensure seamless transition of SAP Forecasting and Replenishment from the incumbent team
Maintain and support SAP F&R solution for sales forecasting and order forecasting
Configure and design processes related to SAP Retail pricing
Work directly with omnichannel pricing models to optimize retail pricing strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SAP SCM solutions with business goals
Analyze and troubleshoot issues within SAP F&R and retail pricing modules
Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to junior consultants and team members
Coordinate with vendors and distribution centers for store ordering processes
Document processes and maintain system configuration records
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
Support retail and fashion industry-specific SAP requirements
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients on SAP Retail pricing
Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in SAP implementations

Requirements

6-10 years of experience in SAP Retail and forecasting solutions
5+ years of SAP Retail pricing experience
Experience in retail or fashion industry backgrounds
Hands-on configuration and process design skills
Experience working with omnichannel pricing models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluent English language proficiency (B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher)
