Our company is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant - SAP APO to join our team of professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation and support of SAP APO PPDS, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning processes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for effective production planning processes
Configure and customize SAP APO PPDS to meet business needs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
Provide end-to-end support for SAP APO PPDS, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, data flow diagrams, and data mappings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP APO PPDS, including at least one full cycle implementation
Expertise in Production Master Data management in both SAP ECC and SAP APO environments, including configuration and optimization
Hands-on experience in configuring Demand Sensing and Shaping Board (DSB), Setup Matrix, and Product Planning Table
Proficient in CIF (Core Interface) for data transfer between SAP ECC and SAP APO systems
Thorough understanding of end-to-end production planning processes, enabling the identification of opportunities for optimization and improvement within the system
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating clear and effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients
B2+ level of English proficiency

Nice to have

Knowledge and experience in providing operational support post-implementation, addressing issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of APO PPDS processes
Familiarity with the maintenance of master data in SAP APO, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and relevance for production planning activities
Basic understanding or exposure to SAP SNP (Supply Network Planning) module, enhancing overall supply chain planning capabilities and integration with APO PPDS
Ability to work effectively as a team player, collaborating with different stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and consultants, to achieve project objectives
Strong coordination skills to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration between various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and progress towards project milestones
