Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 4-8 years of experience to become part of our team.

In this role as a Senior Data Scientist, you will focus on the creation, development, and deployment of data science models and machine learning algorithms to address complex challenges. You will work closely with data engineers and data scientists to gather, pre-process, and prepare datasets that are ideal for training.

Responsibilities

Design, create, and deploy innovative data science models and machine learning algorithms to tackle complex challenges
Work alongside data engineers and data scientists to gather, pre-process, and prepare datasets for training
Train and optimize machine learning/deep learning models using extensive datasets and distributed computing frameworks
Design and execute experiments to assess the performance, reliability, and generalization of machine learning/deep learning models
Prepare detailed technical documentation and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
4 to 8 years of experience
Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP
Proficiency in Python
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras, Jax
Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, spacy, statsmodel
General understanding of data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded programming, and distributed computing concepts
Background in statistical and algorithmic models and fundamental mathematical concepts, such as linear algebra and probability
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
