Our team is seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 4-8 years of experience to enhance our capabilities.

In this role as a Senior Data Scientist, you will focus on designing, developing, and deploying data science models and machine learning algorithms to tackle complex challenges. You will work closely with data engineers and data scientists to gather, pre-process, and prepare datasets that are ideal for model training.

Responsibilities

Design and develop innovative data science models and machine learning algorithms to address complex issues
Work jointly with data engineers and data scientists to gather, pre-process, and prepare datasets for training
Train and refine machine learning/deep learning models utilizing large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks while optimizing for performance, efficiency, and scalability
Conduct experiments to assess the performance, robustness, and generalization capabilities of machine learning/deep learning models, employing relevant metrics and statistical analyses for interpretation
Draft technical documentation outlining model architecture, implementation specifics, and experimental findings and present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
4 to 8 years of experience
Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP
Proficiency in Python
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras, Jax, etc.
Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, spacy, statsmodel, etc.
General understanding of data structures, algorithms, multi-threaded programming, and distributed computing concepts
Knowledge of statistical and algorithmic models as well as fundamental mathematical concepts such as linear algebra and probability
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
