We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in the insurance industry to support the launch and integration of new product offerings within a digital insurance platform. As a key liaison between insurance business teams and market partners, you will contribute to defining product requirements, shaping the end-user journey, and supporting the seamless implementation of core insurance processes across policy issuance, billing, and claims.
Responsibilities
- Work with market partners to support the definition of insurance product integration and end-user journeys
- Analyze business needs and contribute to actionable requirements for product implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support front-to-back insurance process optimization
- Conduct analysis and propose updates to business and IT architecture and operating models
- Assist in workshops and gather requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support policy and claims management, compliance, and operational processes
- Analyze regulatory factors and market trends within the insurance industry
- Contribute to business-driven technology transformation initiatives
- Support multi-stakeholder projects and contribute to overall project activities
- Assist in preparing findings and recommendations for senior management and partners
- Ensure suggested solutions align with market needs and customer experience objectives
Requirements
- 6-9 years of general IT experience
- 5+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
- Familiarity with the insurance market, including regulations and market solutions
- Experience in business and IT architecture, policy and claims management, compliance, and process optimization
- Ability to contribute to business-led technology transformation initiatives
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, process analysis, and workshop support
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder change initiatives and project activities
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, facilitation, MS-Office and Visio, and organizational skills
- English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication

- Familiarity with digital innovation, customer experience, and InsurTech/FinTech trends
