We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst with a robust background in Capital Markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Equity and Fixed Income Trading which will be greatly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the onsite product owner/manager to comprehend the product vision and roadmap
Identify product capabilities, features, and functions
Develop definitions for Epics and stories along with setting success criteria
Enhance stories through thorough elaboration of business logic and expected results
Oversee product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and Stories
Provide insightful feedback during sprint review demos
Diligently track feedback ensuring its inclusion in the backlog and proper prioritization
Engage confidently in incident triaging
Serve as the primary contact for business-related inquiries and clarifications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management
Proficiency in understanding and identifying product features and functionality
Background in defining clear project scopes and success metrics
Skills in managing product priorities within a fast-paced environment
Competence to participate actively in sprint reviews and deliver constructive feedback
Capability to manage incident triaging and act as a business subject matter expert
Strong communication, presentation, and attention to detail
