We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive innovative AI product development by bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment and impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business processes and requirements for AI-driven solutions
Elicit and refine user stories and functional requirements in line with business objectives and technical feasibility
Conduct problem definition and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for development teams
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, product owners and technical teams to achieve shared understanding
Maintain detailed business process documentation ensuring traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Support engineering teams in prioritizing and managing development backlogs for front-end and back-end components

Requirements

6-9 years of experience working with AI products, business analysis and solution implementation
Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and consulting skills to manage expectations and drive consensus
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and its applications in AI product design
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Jira and Confluence for business and project management
Understanding of automation, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines and cloud technologies to support scalable solutions
Excellent analytical and communication skills to ensure effective problem-solving
