Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate for efficient data replication
Design and implement replication topologies for Oracle to Sybase databases, preferably heterogeneous
Manage trail files, optimize performance, and handle data filtering and transformation
Monitor and resolve issues within replication processes to maintain high availability
Optimize replication techniques to enhance performance and reliability
Collaborate with database administrators and application teams to preserve data accuracy

Requirements

6-10 years of experience in Oracle GoldenGate administration, replication, and troubleshooting
Background in Oracle and Sybase databases
Skills in working with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS preferred)
Proficiency in replication topology design, trail file management, and performance optimization
Capability to operate across different platforms and manage large-scale database replication

Nice to have

Background in cloud-based database replication and integration
Understanding of high-availability architecture and failover strategies
