Salesforce Delivery Manager/Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Delivery Manager/Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of Salesforce projects.

The ideal candidate will drive the planning, execution, and management of project activities to ensure successful project completion within scope and budget. This role demands strong technology insights especially in Salesforce environments combined with solid project management expertise.

Responsibilities

Plan project activities using the Agile model including PI Planning, Backlog grooming, Sprint planning, Stand up, Sprint demos, and retrospectives
Ensure that the team delivers on commitments by addressing impediments and providing needed support
Report on progress and key Agile metrics such as Weekly reports and burn down
Escalate issues and risks in a timely manner
Oversee Salesforce configurations
Manage integrations and related security aspects including API consumption and exposure
Handle Salesforce user and license management strategies
Drive project engagement and maintain client communication to manage expectations and negotiate solutions

Requirements

Minimum 12 to 22 years of experience is required
Experience in managing Salesforce delivery projects
At least 2 years of experience in Apex, covering best practices, Async Apex, governor limits, design patterns, and security aspects
Proficient in project management with a focus on Agile methodologies
Background in Salesforce configuration
Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Health, Marketing, Experience), Force.com, and Lightning Experience
Understanding of integration techniques and standard Salesforce API capabilities
Capability to oversee AppExchange managed package development
Familiarity with technical architecture components
Understanding of software engineering and coding best practices
Knowledge of CI/CD strategies and Test Automation
Skilled in people management and client communication

Nice to have

Experience in developing First or Second-Generation AppExchange packages
Competency in using tools related to CI/CD and test automation
Proven track record of handling complex Salesforce implementations
