We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in .NET/Java technologies and 11-15 years of overall professional experience to lead and coordinate Springboot/API projects, ensuring successful delivery while fostering collaboration and efficiency across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
Collaborate with product owners to define, prioritize and refine the product backlog
Support development teams by addressing obstacles and guiding them toward their goals
Monitor team performance and recommend strategies to improve productivity
Promote a culture focused on continuous improvement and agile best practices
Engage and align stakeholders with project objectives and deliverables
Provide detailed reports on team progress and project status to relevant parties
Ensure alignment of project activities with overall organizational goals

Requirements

11-15 years of overall professional experience
10+ years of work experience specifically in delivery management and Agile practices
Proven expertise in Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management
Background in managing projects with Java and .NET technology stacks
Knowledge of GEN AI tools
Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar; Master's degree preferred
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and collaboration skills
Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency
