We are seeking a skilled Project Manager – Agile Delivery to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions using agile methodologies.

As a key player in our organization, you will facilitate Scrum processes, support product management efforts, and enhance overall team performance to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Maintain adherence to the Scrum process and ensuring best practices are consistently applied
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
Confirm that team activities and ceremonies are effective and contribute to achieving sprint goals
Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage and groom the product backlog efficiently
Ensure completeness and clarity of user stories and acceptance criteria in coordination with Product Owners and Business Analysts
Eliminate team impediments and resolve external dependencies to ensure uninterrupted progress
Promote visibility and transparency through updated information radiators like whiteboards and ALM boards
Engage with external teams to plan and align activities including deployments, UAT phases, and Go-Live support
Validate adherence to the Definition of Done and maintain delivery standards aligned with quality benchmarks
Coach and mentor teams to continuously improve their performance and adopt Scrum practices effectively
Guide individual team members to address areas for improvement and professional growth
Support business teams in understanding system capabilities and newly delivered features

Requirements

12- 14 years of experience in software development
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master, demonstrating proficiency in agile environments
Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including practical application in complex projects
Experience using ALM tools such as Rally or JIRA
Background in technical environments, preferably in Java/J2EE technology and basic database concepts
Strong skills in coordination, multitasking, and communication, both verbal and written

Nice to have

Familiarity with SAFe frameworks and their implementation
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related workflows
Domain knowledge or hands-on experience in the payment industry
