Responsibilities
- Understand the needs of program and provide required support to DM/DH/PM
- Non-technical project management – Like PM tool management, Create and manage WBS, , milestone tracking, status tracking, risk management and reporting.
- Dashboards- Report and metrics creation and publication – project RAG status, report milestone and Budget, timesheet reports, head count, etc.
- Run scrum calls, act as Scrum Master – E-2-E delivery of work/backlog items and Minimum viable product.
- Collect and maintain / update data in tools (Client side or internal)- Delivery management tool, JIRA, Staffing desk etc.
- Experience in Staffing, Managing Demand and Supply, Interview coordination, Onboarding and off-boardings.
- Work with staffing team/ TA team on open positions- candidate identification, proposal and assignment, interviews.
- Work closely with internal teams /stakeholders like Staffing, TA Team, HR, etc. to collate and analyse data and put that into meaningful presentable format.
- Automated metrics using Advance XLS formulas, Macros, Power Query or Power BI.
- Stakeholder management, relationship management, manage and coordinate calls, Track action items and follow-ups.
- Time sheet tracking, compliance, and reporting.
- Revenue forecasting and billing review / Revenue, finance analysis, Deep dive reasons for drop, tracking, follow-ups, and present data – Dashboards, PowerPoint.
- Create efficiencies, save effort- Automate repeatable work/ processes .
- Document processes, visualize and create process diagrams / swim lane diagrams.
- Knowledge management – document and record the knowledge - tools, processes. Structure and maintain Knowledge Base page.
- Create automated standard format for metrics and ensure enterprise tool compliance.
- Help establish and follow processes of the account and EPAM.
Requirements
- Minimum experience required is 10+ years as Project Administrator.
- Strong analytical skills to process huge amounts of data.
- Good communication skills.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
- Prior experience in Non tech PM role and PMO administration, process analysis and data analysis.
- Work experience on PowerBI preferred with DAX language, Power Query, power Excel.
- Work experience / working knowledge of Agile/ Scrum.
- Working knowledge of ALM tools like Rally, JIRA, etc
- Working experience on collaboration tools such as SharePoint / Confluence & creating workflows.
