Product Manager – Wealth Management

We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager – Wealth Management to join our team.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with an onshore Product Owner and our offshore development team, working from 12 PM to 9 PM IST. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at managing wealth management products throughout their lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of product capabilities with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to grasp the product vision and roadmap
Accurately identify product capabilities, features, and functions
Develop and define Epics and stories, including success criteria
Elaborate stories, focusing on business logic and expected outcomes
Prioritize product scope, capabilities, Epics, and Stories effectively
Provide informed feedback during sprint review demos
Track and ensure incorporation of feedback into the product backlog
Participate actively in incident triaging
Serve as the primary contact for business-related queries and clarifications
Conduct application user testing following production deployments
Organize necessary test data for the development team
Assist with Scrum master duties as needed

Requirements

12 to 15 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the financial services sector
Knowledge of Wealth Management
Strong business acumen with an ability to provide both business and end-customer perspectives
Proficiency in SQL for generating and managing database queries
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
Proven attention to detail
Capability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
