Responsibilities

Define and manage product roadmaps for AI-driven or data-heavy settlement applications in alignment with strategic goals
Shape and deliver on product strategies by translating complex ideas into actionable requirements
Oversee the development and enhancement of data pipelines and AI-driven solutions in close collaboration with engineering teams
Work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to balance priorities and manage expectations
Guide pods in applying Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality settlement solutions
Facilitate backlog prioritization using tools like Jira and Confluence to ensure timely delivery of projects
Analyze and interpret data patterns to inform and refine product designs and decisions
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships
Lead stakeholder engagements across multiple locations to ensure seamless communication and alignment
Present product updates, concepts, and results effectively to a diverse audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders
Monitor industry developments to identify trends and opportunities for continuous innovation

Requirements

University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or Finance
10+ years of overall experience in product management, with at least 6 years dedicated to AI, Data Science or Machine Learning projects
Proven expertise in managing AI-driven or data-heavy product roadmaps
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning principles, and software development processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience managing pods in an agile operating model
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for backlog and project management
Skills in interpreting data and deriving actionable insights to inform decisions
Ability to translate technical AI concepts into actionable business requirements for various stakeholders
Proven ability to manage and engage with large, international stakeholder groups across functions and geographies
Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher), with extensive experience working in global environments
