Responsibilities

Define and communicate a clear product vision
Align product roadmap with business goals and market opportunities
Conduct market analysis to identify differentiation opportunities
Prioritize product features based on ROI and client value
Develop and prioritize product roadmap balancing short and long-term needs
Translate high-level ideas into detailed feature requirements and user stories
Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement
Utilize Agile methodologies for effective product development
Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks
Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product decisions
Conduct user research to understand client pain points and behaviors
Analyze product performance using metrics and KPIs to drive decisions
Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams to achieve product goals
Ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements
Adapt product strategies based on evolving market dynamics

Requirements

10-18 years of experience in product management
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Proficiency in product strategy development
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong financial literacy and understanding of revenue models
Ability to measure product success with KPIs
Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Looker
Fluency in English, both written and spoken (B2+)
