We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Product Manager - Gaming to lead key initiatives in product strategy, development, and delivery. With a keen understanding of the gaming and betting industry, you will play a vital role in crafting innovative solutions aligned with business and customer needs.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and strategy that supports business objectives
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer expectations
Spearhead the creation of mobile and web product features with an emphasis on UX/UI enhancements
Collaborate with Business Development and Commercial teams to develop product strategies and business cases
Create and maintain a product delivery roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals
Work closely with other Product Owners to deliver an omni-channel approach with consistency and efficiency
Serve as a conduit between business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Deliver concise and detailed presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Effectively manage project timelines while delivering high-quality outcomes in challenging timeframes
Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage projects as appropriate

Requirements

10-15 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years in product management or related roles
Proficiency in product roadmaps, product vision, and Agile practices
Background in B2C industries, specifically gaming, betting, or mobile applications
Strong analytical skills, along with the ability to translate business and customer needs into functional requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in engaging diverse stakeholders, including executives and technical teams
Understanding of project management methodologies and proven capability to meet tight deadlines efficiently
