Product Manager – Business Analyst

We are looking for a Product Manager – Business Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you will own one or more suites of APIs/Services and play a crucial part in defining detailed technical requirements, participating in product planning and roadmap definition, and proactively working with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and business needs. You will be responsible for determining technical feasibility, defining product performance and effectiveness metrics, and delivering requirements in partnership with various engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Own one or more suites of APIs/Services and define detailed technical requirements
Participate actively in product planning and roadmap definition
Proactively work with internal and external customers to understand their requirements and business needs
Determine technical feasibility, dependencies, and constraints of features
Define product performance and effectiveness metrics
Develop and articulate a defensible point of view based on data from primary and secondary research
Deliver requirements in partnership with various engineering teams
Ensure that product requirements incorporate effective written and more creative, visual techniques
Manage the delivery of products, including PoC, internal Beta, external Beta, Public Launch, and ongoing releases
Work closely with internal product teams to ensure that APIs can be used to enable the required use cases and scenarios

Requirements

12 to 20 years of hands-on experience with development and management of APIs as products
Familiarity with SaaS and/or cloud-based solutions and good knowledge of API integrations and similar technologies
Well-versed in agile methodologies and tools including Confluence, Jira, and Slack
Experience working for leading SaaS companies with a diverse customer base spanning small business owners, SMB, and enterprise
Experience in products catering to one or more business domains
Experience with technical delivery teams leveraging continuous delivery for launch
Adept at developing and delivering complex products at high velocity and with aggressive deadlines
Strong analytical approach, with attention to detail and excellent reporting skills
Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder relationships effectively, internally and externally
Exceptional organizational and planning skills
B2+ English level proficiency
