Product Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Loyalty Platform, driving growth and engagement for millions of travelers.
You will be responsible for simplifying and creating frameworks to influence a diverse and broad audience, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and leading product discovery for initiatives assigned to determine the right solve and impact. You will write product requirements and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, marketing, design, and development teams, effectively partner with program and engineering to drive teams to achieve aggressive targets with minimal direction, and establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success.
You will measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers, proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals, and plan, facilitate development, releases and measures product feature and/or products cross-functionally.

- Effectively partner with program and engineering to drive teams to achieve aggressive targets with minimal direction
- Establish business processes and policies as well as metrics and indicators for success
- Measure and analyze existing products and business models for opportunities to innovate and improve, providing additional benefits to developers and customers
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Plan, facilitate development, releases and measures product feature and/or products cross-functionally
- Manage backlog for product area and balance new features, bugs and tech debt
- Make system changes leading to desired outcomes that are crafted to scale and ensures reporting (including feedback and/or data loops) is in place to gauge customer, business and system impacts
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline or relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Agile practices and principles
- Good knowledge of data science principles and scientific method
- Ability to create and maintain frameworks to influence a diverse and broad audience
- Experience in leading product discovery for initiatives assigned to determine the right solve and impact
- Ability to write product requirements and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, marketing, design, and development teams
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- B2+ English level proficiency
