Mendix Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mendix Engineer with a strong background in UI/UX to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Mendix Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our UI components within the Mendix platform. This position requires expertise in both Mendix development and UI/UX design, making you the gatekeeper of the user interface's quality and coherence.

Responsibilities

Regularly communicate updates regarding assets and processes to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment in UI resources maintenance.
Oversee and maintain the UI Resources Module & Components and Class Documentation Resource
Process to create and maintain
Develop and update processes for asset maintenance, including:
How to update the UI Resources Module.
How to update the Starter App.
Coordination with other teams maintaining their own UI resources.
Determine how and when to receive new styling/building blocks/page templates from projects.
Integrate these elements into the UI resources effectively.

Requirements

Should have overall 10+years of experience
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Mendix developer.
Proficient in UI/UX design principles.
Expertise in Mendix and CSS/Sass for effective UI development.
Strong communication skills to convey updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
