Mendix Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mendix Engineer with a strong background in UI/UX to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Mendix Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our UI components within the Mendix platform. This position requires expertise in both Mendix development and UI/UX design, making you the gatekeeper of the user interface's quality and coherence.

responsibilities
  • Regularly communicate updates regarding assets and processes to relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment in UI resources maintenance.
      • Oversee and maintain the UI Resources Module & Components and Class Documentation Resource
        • Process to create and maintain
          • Develop and update processes for asset maintenance, including:
            • How to update the UI Resources Module.
              • How to update the Starter App.
                • Coordination with other teams maintaining their own UI resources.
                  • Determine how and when to receive new styling/building blocks/page templates from projects.
                    • Integrate these elements into the UI resources effectively.
                      requirements
                      • Should have overall 10+years of experience
                        • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Mendix developer.
                          • Proficient in UI/UX design principles.
                            • Expertise in Mendix and CSS/Sass for effective UI development.
                              • Strong communication skills to convey updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
