We are seeking a skilled Lead System Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Azure to join our innovative team.

As a key technical expert, you will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud solutions, ensuring exceptional fault tolerance, high availability, scalability, and security. This position requires deep knowledge of Azure infrastructure, DevOps methodologies, and automation, combined with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Plan and deploy Azure infrastructure to achieve fault tolerance, high availability, scalability, and security
Develop CI/CD pipelines and manage automated build and test systems
Oversee production deployments while utilizing various deployment strategies
Implement automated processes for Azure infrastructure and platform deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
Standardize system configurations with configuration management solutions
Apply concepts of microservices architecture while adhering to best practices
Collaborate with application development teams to align on requirements, timelines, and activities
Conduct proofs of concept (POCs) to evaluate potential designs and technologies
Resolve system issues while actively addressing challenges with improvement strategies
Learn and adapt efficiently to new technologies and services within the work environment

Requirements

8 to 12 years of background in Azure Cloud environments
Proficiency in DevOps CI/CD tools and practices
Background in Linux and Windows Administration
Expertise in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell, and Unix scripting
Knowledge of YAML scripting and ARM templates
Proficiency in Terraform modules for infrastructure automation
Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, and Kubernetes
Understanding of microservices architecture and best practices
Background in automating infrastructure and platform deployments with IaC tools
Capability to design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on Azure
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive solutions
B2+ English proficiency level
