We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with expertise in Python and ReactJS to join our collaborative team. This role involves leading application development, mentoring a team of engineers, and delivering robust, scalable solutions while ensuring high-quality standards across the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Python and ReactJS
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and align solutions with business goals
Supervise and mentor team members to elevate engineering standards and foster professional growth
Conduct technical reviews, including code reviews, to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks
Oversee software development processes and ensure successful end-to-end delivery of projects
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the development lifecycle
Drive the integration of cloud infrastructure and automation tools for seamless CI/CD processes
Monitor, optimize, and maintain application performance and scalability
Ensure cross-functional collaboration among development, QA, and deployment teams to achieve project goals
Facilitate exploration and adoption of new technologies to enhance system capabilities

Requirements

7-12 years of experience in software development
At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
Proficiency in Python for application development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable solutions (5+ years)
Skills in UI/UX development using ReactJS, ideally with Material UI frameworks
Experience with JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript for developing modern web applications
Hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure technologies such as Terraform and ArgoCD
Background in using continuous delivery tools like ADO Pipelines and GitHub Actions
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and SDLC best practices
Capability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
Showcase of problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex technical challenges
