We are seeking a Lead Software Developer with expertise in Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, and AWS to join our team.

As the Lead Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining software solutions using Java, contributing to the design and implementation of microservices architecture, and ensuring seamless integration with Amazon Web Services and Apache Kafka.

Responsibilities

Identifying and resolving software defects and issues
Developing and implementing software enhancements and new features
Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Creating and maintaining technical documentation

Requirements

Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Java programming
Prior experience in software maintenance and support
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

Experience with microservice architecture pattern, Apache Kafka, and Kubernetes
Experience with Spring Boot
Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
