We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our EPAM L&D team. Your role will be to design and facilitate training programs that help nurture our talent pool’s skillsets while fostering a lifelong learning culture. Your focus will be developing leadership and soft skills across the organization, adapting approaches to suit audiences at all levels including company leadership team.

Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver engaging and impactful training programs on leadership and soft skills amounting to 40 hours per month both online and offline in Hyderabad
  • Pre-and Post-Training Support: Provide support throughout the learning journey, from dispatching pre-training materials to offering constructive review post-training
  • Designing Learning Solutions: Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps using data-driven methods; create custom, fit-for-purpose learning programs employing effective learning tools, methodologies, and content
  • Learning Impact Evaluation: Define and implement an evaluation strategy to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions; develop and utilize data instruments to track progress; presenting detailed reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Continuous Professional Development: Stay abreast with latest trends in corporate learning and development; regularly enhance and update personal knowledge and skills related to soft skills, leadership, and wider industry
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute towards team initiatives such as mentoring, knowledge-sharing sessions, and training
  • Learning Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, promoting a comprehensive, robust and practical learning and development culture
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold and champion EPAM L&D values and standards in all endeavors
Requirements
  • 12+ years of extensive and proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in the IT or related industry, with a strong portfolio of successful soft skills training programs
  • Expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
  • Strong knowledge of effective learning methodologies, instructional design models, and modern training techniques and tools
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, public speaking skills
