We are seeking a highly skilled Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. As a Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements, enhance user experiences, and streamline IT service management processes. Responsibilities
  • Expertise in writing JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in coding, object-oriented and modularized software
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts) and custom application development.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows, forms, notifications, and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and SOAP-based integrations with ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow security and access controls.
Requirements
  • More than 8 years of Exp. in application development on ServiceNow platform
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field ; or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
  • Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) around all key technical decisions during project delivery
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Proven team player and team builder
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
