We are looking for a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team and lead the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for completing complex projects on time and providing options with pros, cons, and risks. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Provide options with pros, cons, and risks for key technical decisions during project delivery
- Complete complex projects on time
- Learn new technologies quickly and apply them to project development
- Influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support
- Ensure high-quality delivery of solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in application development on ServiceNow platform
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
- Demonstrated success completing complex projects, on time
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult around all key technical decisions during project delivery
- Proven team player and team builder
- Expertise in writing JavaScript code
- Proficiency with coding, object-oriented and modularized software
- Expertise with HTML technologies including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
- Familiarity with SOA technologies including as REST or SOAP
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2+ level
