We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Testing Engineer to join our team and lead the testing efforts for our Salesforce applications.

As a Lead Salesforce Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Salesforce applications meet high-quality standards and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage testing efforts for Salesforce.com applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design test plans and cases
Execute tests, identify defects, and provide feedback to the development team to ensure that issues are resolved promptly
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
Ensure that testing is completed on time and meets high-quality standards
Provide status updates and reports to project stakeholders

Requirements

9+ years of experience in software quality assurance
5+ years of experience testing Salesforce.com applications
Good knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform including best practices, functionality, and configuration
Understanding of Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud
Salesforce.com certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator) are mandatory
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Good verbal and written communication skills in English at a B2 level
