At EPAM Systems, you will be leading the hiring efforts that are doubling its Headcount for the year 2024, across all EPAM Locations in India.
The Lead Recruiter plays a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end recruitment process as well as contributing in the individual capacity to fill some critical Architect as well as Managerial positions.
Also, responsible for leading a team of recruiters, this role involves strategic planning, talent acquisition, and ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Direct and guide a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning
- Talent Acquisition: Execute full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, understanding their staffing needs and collaborating on effective hiring strategies
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make informed recommendations to hiring managers
- Employer Branding: Contribute to building and maintaining a positive employer brand through various channels, enhancing the organization's appeal to potential candidates
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, leveraging technology and industry best practices
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and drive data-driven decision-making
- Market Research: Keeping updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies
Requirements
- A Post-Graduate in Management is a MUST from a B-School or University with specialization in Human Resources
- 11-13 years of proven experience in Indian IT Hiring, with a focus on technical and leadership roles in Product Engineering Services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good Communication Skills (Written and Spoken) and the ability to articulate thoughts into words
- Strong Negotiation capability to negotiate with candidates as well as Hiring Managers to arrive favorable decisions
- Strong Excel and Reporting skills
